Legion - Labyrinth Of Problems (1992)

Legion was formed in 1987. The band was born under the marked influence of the Bay Area thrash metal bands born in the early 1980s. In 1989 they recorded their first album, “Lethal Liberty”, which includes whiplash like Lethal himself. Liberty, Possessed, Young Soldier, Rhythm Rider and the song sung in Spanish that marked an entire generation, Mili KK. With this album they open for King Diamond in the cities of Barcelona, Madrid and Donostia.

A year later, in 1990, they recorded their second double album, LP+EP, “Mind Training/Por la Cara”, which was released in 1991. Mind Training includes a version of the legendary Queen song, We Will Rock You . That same year they participated in the Monsters Of Rock sharing the poster with Tesla, Metallica and AC/DC, with a renewed line-up: the already well-known Jónatan Dolcet, bass and vocals, and Quimi Montañés (former Rigor Morris), lead guitar, joined them. Marc Pagés (100 Slain) who replaces Kisko Martínez on guitar and Julian “Ros” Loza (Acció Directa), who does the same with Pep Segura on drums. In April 1992 they travel to the US to record their third LP entitled "Labyrinth Of Problems". The work was recorded at Morrisound Studios in Tampa, Florida, under the supervision of Tom Morris. Topics such as Beyond Betrayal, Bag Full of Meat, They Call Me War, This Can't Be Real stand out.

In 1994, two years after the release of their third album, Legion did their last concerts as a trio with Carlos Buira “Boliche” on drums (Subterranean Kids, Againsters), but not before having sold out in the club. Zeleste of Barcelona (current Razzmatazz), and the legendary Chancellor of Madrid, among others.Quimi Montañés, among many other facets, taught guitar classes at different musical schools and later continued his musical career with his wife Carmen García (Agua del Karmen), and played in various bands of various styles, until in 2015 he formed Deldrac with whom he has recorded two LP´s, One Day More, One Day Less (2016) and Against Tyranny (2019) Jónatan Dolcet left music behind after his conversion to Christianity.

In 2002 he obtained his degree in Theology to develop professionally as a pastor in a denomination of Protestant origin and roots until 2015.
