Bestial Death Metal from Mexico, being influenced from the old Death Metal school (Scandinavia and South America) from the late 80's and early 90's.

 They were formed in 2003 and are signed to Hippieshredder Productions. Their current line up consists of Isafas Huerta on vocals, César Ponce and Santiago on guitar, Omar Vera on bass and Daniel Sanchez on drums. Since 2004 they have realeased a demo called "Promo 2004", a single "Mirage of death" in 2004, a full length album "Encircling The Mysterious Necrorevelation" in 2005, "Cemetary sons of Hell" split in 2005, "Supreme Occult One…..The Underworld Abhorrence" EP in 2006, "Inverted Dimensions" split in 2008.

Contributed an exclusive song called "Deathrone's Dominium" to the "Litanies of Sacrilege" Compilation LP '08 by Calabozo.

Brujeria - Marijuana [EP] (1997)

Brujeria was formed at a party in 1989 in the spirit of creating a grindcore and death metal band representative of the Latino/Chicano community. Its members, the guitarist Dino Cazares, Jello Biafra, drummer Pat Hoed, bass guitarist Billy Gould and vocalist Juan Brujo, used pseudonyms as most were in other known bands.

Their first single, "¡Demoniaco!", was released in 1990. In 1992 "Machetazos" was released and with it came the band's first line-up change. Jello Biafra departed the group, Pinche Peach was introduced as an additional vocalist and Raymond Herrera took on the drums; Pat Hoed, the band's former drummer became a second vocalist. "Machetazos" and "El Patrón (song)" (1994) were produced and distributed through Jello Biafra's record label Alternative Tentacles.

The band was criticized from its inception for its lyrics about drugs, sex and Satanism. These topics, while the subjects of many other death metal acts, were inspired by the actions of Adolfo Constanzo, Cuban-American born Mexican drug smuggler, practitioner of Palo (religion) Mayombe, and serial killer.

The group started to become increasingly popular, but nevertheless, decided to remain anonymous and declined all offers to organize concerts (except on rare occasions), confounding supporters, who were eager to see them live. In 1997 came the EP Marijuana, featuring a cover-parody of the popular song "The Macarena" and four live songs from its first official concert.

Brujeria - Matando Güeros (1993)

Brujeria is a Mexican extreme metal band formed in Tijuana, Mexico in 1989. Their name comes from the Spanish word for "witchcraft". Their songs, which are sung in Spanish, are focused on Satanism, anti-Christianity, sex, immigration, narcotics smuggling, and politics. Portraying a Mexican image and with a heavy anti-American stance, the majority of the band's members are Mexican-born, with some being American, Swedish or British.

Brujeria alumni include Fear Factory guitarist Dino Cazares and drummer Raymond Herrera, as well as Billy Gould, Nicholas Barker, Jeff Walker and Shane Embury. They perform under pseudonyms and portray themselves as a Latino band consisting of drug lords, concealing their identities due to being wanted by the FBI. In videos and photographs of the band, they are shown wearing bandanas, balaclavas, serapes, and are often shown wielding machetes.

This is the only pure grindcore full-length album released by Brujeria, as later albums show a more death/groove sound.
"Güero" is a Mexican slang term for a pale-skinned or blonde-haired person, specifically used as a slur for US citizens of white/caucasian race.
Track 16 to 19 are remastered tracks off the "Machetazos" single.
The official line-up for the album credits Jr. Hocicon (Jello Biafra) as "Director diabolico" which means "Diabolic director"; it is implied that he was either the producer or exectutive producer for the album.
"Matando Güeros" is one of the songs to the "Gummo" soundtrack.
Upon the album's release there were many censoring issues with some stores in the U.S. and Europe due to its shocking content and graphic front cover. Roadrunner released a censored version with the cover showing just the name of the band and album title on a black background, although the original cover can be found in the inside booklet.
The decapitated head shown on the album cover became a well-known gimmick for the band, which they used as a mascot named "Coco Loco" (meaning "Crazy Head") and was widely featured in t-shirts, flyers and mech associated with Brujeria.

EL MACABRO ORIGEN DEL COCO LOCO

 1993. La historia que siempre se manejó de la macabra fotografía de este personaje y lo que se empezaba a comentar entre la gente, apuntaba a que un pobre desconocido había sido secuestrado, asesinado, quemado y descuartizado por una enigmática banda que radicaba en la frontera (de la que no se sabía casi nada. Eran los 90's y el acceso a internet para conocer algo era bastante limitado, no como hoy día) que tocaban Deathgrind Metal mientras hacían rituales de santería negra y que decidieron tomarle fotos a su cabeza decapitada y ponerla como trofeo para la portada de su disco larga duración, lo cual se pasaba de boca en boca alimentando la leyenda día a día.

 Todo esto no era tan conocido más que en el mundo metalero underground aunque ya había alarmado a algunas gentes y autoridades hasta que un día, fue lanzado un reportaje dentro del noticiero "Ocurrió Así", donde se investigaba la desaparición de un tal Mario Ríos y de su mujer, Alma Ruíz y dónde se menciona que la cabeza que aparecía en la portada "del disco de un grupo llamado Brujería" podría ser la del Mario Ríos que andaban buscando, vinculando a la banda a su desaparición, y esto hizo que se detonara más lo oscuro detrás de la misteriosa banda y su portada, y por ende, se regara como pólvora por todo el mundo.
 En fin, habían creado con éxito un monstruo bastante oscuro que se iba alimentando más y más. Una verdadera Creepypasta noventera con wevos y chingona, que si llegó a hacer que la gente se cagara, no como lo que se presenta hoy día...

 Todo eso fue una leyenda creada de muchos elementos. La verdadera historia de cómo esa foto llegó a ser la portada del Matando Güeros, emitida por el mismo Juan Brujo, dicta que un día, entró a una liquor store y lo primero que vio fue una Revista Alarma (DATO: siempre se ha pensado que fue una ''Alarma'', pero en realidad era otra publicación amarillista similar de nombre "Revista Peligro!" donde originalmente la historia era acerca de un tipo borracho que cayó en las vías de tren y murió decapitado) en dónde venía la foto que todos conocemos, y al quedar impactado también con la brutal imagen, el Brujo se comunicó con la editorial para que le vendieran el original, lo cual al principio se negaron, hasta que negoció ofreciendo U$300 satánicos y de inmediato se la enviaron vía FedEx y de ahí para la legendaria portada de uno de los discos más icónicos, crudos, brutales y únicos de Deathgrind Metal que han existido en la historia de la humanidad.

 ''We formed at the end of ’98. About the releases that we made, we did just a rehearsal demo with a deficient quality, but this helped us to contact a label, and they liked the style and the power of our demo, and they decided to give us the oportunity and here is the result. The demo was just for our friends and for some labels. The name of the band, comes from one song of CARCASS of the first disc, we were identified with it because it isn’t a very common name and it hinted our style. The basic line-up is: Luis- drums, Jhony- vocals, and Aaron guitars, Our frien Kei is a good bassist player and the basic line-up is the same since 1998, in that year Johny and Aaron made this project. We have different influences as: G.B.N. , FEAR OF GOD, CANNIBAL CORPSE (old), TERRORIZER , NAPALM DEATH (old), GENERAL SURGERY, SIEGE, AGATHOCLES, REGURGITATE, HEMDALE, MORTICIAN, NECRONY, AND THE GODS GUT AND CARCASS. The concept is based on a realistic tematic of acts/accidents that occur everyday, and dirty stories w/ pornography (GORE). We decided play this style for our frienship and because we like the feeling for this music, and for underground scene. We been playing live with many different grind / hc / death bands since 10 years ago. On the year 2000, we entered on a professional studio and recorded some songs. The name of our second cd was “...CARNE... SANGRE...” that contained pure new fuckin' stuff and a couple covers in our own style... On the early days of January of 2003 the qualified cd ... CARNE... SANGRE ... goes out for sale worldwide because Obliteration Recs of Japan. Making an excellent distribution with this label. The album contains 9 new topics + 2 covers. with great sound quality, Obtaining this way excellent commentaries and reviews. On April/May of 2004 a new Cd was released, it was a split with our friends of C.a.r.n.e., that on our part contains a chronology of the band, where we putted on the songs of the our demo, the promo, live tracks and unreleased cover tracks. For this time played live enough having great acceptance by the people, we played live at the Masacre Fest (one of the best festivals organized in Mexico) with bands as Cacofonia, Deep Red (Finland), c.a.r.n.e among others having great acceptance. On first days of 2004 we had good contact with Angelos and Authopagia, an decided to make a split, deus mortus prods. label from the USA released this CD with great acceptance and very good distribution, the split was sold out in 6 months!!! Great release with a poster conmemorative by Oxidised Razor. on 2006 deus mortus released our full digi CD "Los vendedores de la muerte" that contains news songs and 2 covers from veterans bands, in this case, Siege and Machetazo, great influence for us. this cd contains a 20 mins video of us playing live in most important fest, the video was taken on the Masacrefest 2005, it was added as cdroom track, this album was very well received in the scene and move very fast. In 2007 diablos recs released a split with the germans MEATKNIFE, great split with downtunner masters, this band is one of our influences… On 2008 we had some recording sessions and recorded some covers of our fave bands, the result of this was a new MCD released by HALF LIFE RECS from the USA, with a killer little format of 3" CD, this was very slow to make and is released in march of that year.''

Raped God in its beginnings, but due to problems with former vocalist/guitarist Polo Flores they added the "666" at the end, is a Mexican band of thrash metal with influences death metal formed in the year 2000. Influenced by bands like Exodus or Destruction, this band was characterized by the virtuosity of its drummer, Saúl Martínez, who died in 2009 due to an accident. The Executioner is considered one of the best-achieved albums of Mexican thrash metal.

Infinitum Obscure - Ipsus Universum 10'' (2009)

Death Metal Darkness since 2000.

 Rising from darkness and spawned by pain and suffering Infinitum Obscure hail from the North-west region of Mexico (Tijuana, Mex) with the objective of creating agressive and obscure musical art inspired by merciless emotions of hatred and sorrow, brought to from the unity of spirit and mind : the cosmic duality, the purest real self; and guided by the eternal flame of chaos and vengeance to slay and crush the weak and infidels to this immortal way of existence: TRUE METAL OF DEATH.

Conceived during 2000 by guitarrist/vocalist Roberto Lizarraga and brought to reality during 2001 when drummer Joel Marquez (x-Sadistic Intent) united in dark alligeance. A three piece line-up was completed in November 2001 when bass player Carlos Escobar (x-Diable Vesta Mortar) left his previous band to join in on this everlasting crusade for punishment and torment. In July 2002 a 2nd. guitar player was added, Noel Bello (x-Ninth Level) entered the band to follow the blackened path illuminated by the dark light of Infinitum Obscure. Joel Marquez departed from the band for an 8 month period and was replaced during that time by 2 different session drummers, but now Joel is back for good and the line-up complete once again.

A self-released demo CD entitled "Ipsus Universum" was unleashed in March 2003, produced by Ed Talorda of San Diego's MORTUUS TERROR, and was distributed to various places through the band, true friends and supporters.

This led Chicago's underground cult lable UTTERLY SOMBER CREATIONS to show interest in the band and signed them to release a split MCD with Chicago's ANCIENT GODS, now released in September 2003 anmd is available through Utterly Somber Creations and various REAL underground metal distributors world wide.

In April 2002 Infinitum Obscure did a very succesful mini-tour in Baja California with legandary spanish heavy metallers ANGELES DEL INFIERNO consisting of 2 dates in Tijuana and Mexicali.

In September 2003 Infinitum Obscure did a mini-tour in the mid-west of the United States as part of the "AZTEC UNDERGROUND LEGIONS GATHERING" in Cudahy, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois. Along with "EARACHE RECORDS" recording artists THE CHASM as headliners as well as OBEISANCE and ANCIENT GODS (both on Utterly Somber Creations also) with a VERY satisfiyng result.

Since 2001 Infinitum Obscure has shared the stage with bands like ANGELES DEL INFIERNO, INCANTATION, THE CHASM, SERPENS AEON, RISE, DISGORGE (Mex), ANCIENT GODS, OBEISANCE, DISGORGE (usa), FUNERUS, SIX FEET UNDER, ABYSSMAL NOCTURNE, MORTUUS TERROR, NOCTUARY, WINTER THRALL, THANATOLOGY, SUMERIA, SEVERED, TEABAG, IMOTHEP, ETERNAL DAMNATION, SOLUCION MORTAL, DOMINATION, MAN DESTROYS HIMSELF and DODECAMERON amongst others.

 Broke up in February 2015 and re-activated in December 2015.

Genocide se forma en 1997, bajo el nombre de Extreme Mind.

Con esta alineación se comienza a dar a conocer a la banda, consiguiendo algunas presentaciones, en México y el interior de la república, preparando el material que años después se grabaría ya bajo el nombre de Genocide. Por cuestiones de tiempo el mismo año de haber comenzado con el proyecto Mauricio Pérez abandona la agrupación, meses después Javier Gutiérrez también abandona la alineación para dedicarse de lleno a “Lust”, Ingresando Eduardo L. (guitarra) de April Mourning, (1998-1999). Para el final de la década de los noventa la banda se fue debilitando por algunas cuestiones ajenas de la banda, ya que el baterista Carlos López. abandona a la banda por cuestiones de salud y se para por completo el proyecto.

Para el año 1999, Eduardo Cruz, que estudiaba con Christian Hernandez le hace la invitación a tocar en un proyecto en ese entonces formado solo por su primo Saúl Martínez: (Raped God 666, Morbosidad, Blood Reaping, Ex inferiis, Hell Execution), y Eduardo cruz, llamado: “Skull Full of Maggots”, después de unas platicas respecto a la salida de Carlos López de Extreme Mind, un par de meses después, Christian Hernandez Invita a Saúl Martínez (R.I.P.) a unirse a la banda, también contactan a Omar Susunaga (Hikuri, Ex Vantroi) en la guitarra, y Eduardo Cruz entra al bajo, y con Giovanni Duran en la vocales reforman la banda, con los cuales se retomó el proyecto ya bajo el nombre de: Genocide, tomando las pistas ya hechas por Extreme Mind, además de las ideas que se venían trabajando en el otro proyecto independiente de Saúl y Eduardo, complementando el trabajo con Omar, lo que dio paso a el primer material de la banda, el cual lleva por nombre: Blood Spilled, grabado en los Estudios Under Drogs Prod, por Mauricio Pérez, mismo que es Editado por Cryptas Rec. En el año 2001, alcanzando considerables niveles de venta y colocando a la banda de forma mundial dentro de la escena Grind core / Crust.

(Disco) Blood Spilled: Fue una producción que le abrió muchísimas puertas y oportunidades a la banda consiguiendo tocar en algunas ciudades de México. Además de conseguir llevar más gente a sus presentaciones, alternando con bandas que en esa época fueron muy importantes y muchas de ellas continúan activas, además de participar en los festivales más importantes de esa época, tiempo después de haber salido a la luz dicha producción, y de continuar preparando material para el siguiente álbum de la banda, Christian Hernandez. abandona la alineación por cuestiones personales, entrando en su lugar Adrián Delfín, (bajo), logrando cumplir con los compromisos que en esos momentos se tenían.

(Disco) We Rape The Sky, We Rape The Hell: Durante el año 2001 se prepara la nueva producción discográfica que ya se venía trabajando, y que le llevo a la banda a terminar casi dos años después, ya que se tenía que alternar con giras y ensayos.

Con esta alineación se llevó a cabo la segunda producción de la banda, la cual se comenzó a grabar en el año 2003. Adrián Delfín abandono a la banda quince días antes de entrar al estudio y la responsabilidad del Bajo pasó a Eduardo Cruz, Todo el año se preparó la producción en cuanto a mezcla y master, ya que se estaba buscando un cambio radical en la producción de sonido de la banda para este disco y un sonido más sólido y más poderoso, sin perder el toque del primer álbum, este disco vería la luz en el año 2004.

En este año, Saúl Martínez y Eduardo Cruz abandonan la banda meses después de comenzar las presentaciones de esta siguiente producción, por lo cual la banda contacta a: Antonio Islas “Ron Güero” (Lust , The Zephyr), y Adrián Delfín (Bajo) regresa a las líneas de la banda, llevando a cabo una innumerable lista de presentaciones, haciendo las primeras giras largas por México que abarcaban varias ciudades y meses, después de este tiempo, Antonio Islas abandona a la banda, quedando sin batería el proyecto y se decide incorporar una caja de ritmos, la cual acompaño a la banda en casi dos años de presentaciones, excepto en dos fechas en las cuales Mauricio Pérez se unió a la banda para tocar con Genocide en directo la batería.

En esos años la banda se dedicó a exprimir las dos primeras producciones, y se grabó un mini disco con tres canciones inéditas, y dos que fueron tomadas del disco de Blood Spilled y grabadas nuevamente pero con baterías electrónicas, las cuales se guardaron para el aniversario de la banda, mismas que verían la luz en el 2008, y la canción Blood Spilled se tomó para la reedición del disco, We rape the sky, We rape the hell, que se realizó en Europa, En dichos años la banda recorrió muchos kilómetros, y también cambio de integrantes, a los cuales Genocide les agradece tanto apoyo.

En el año 2005 el disco: We Rape the Sky, We Rape the Hell , fue reeditado por dos disqueras Europeas: Reek Of  Putrefaction Rec. y Victims Rec. Respectivamente incluyendo 2 Bonus tracks y un boocklet totalmente nuevo.

El año 2005, es crucial para la historia de la banda, ya que se logra congregar a una excelente agrupación, con excelentes músicos y amigos. Alejandro “Action Man” Jaques: Guitarra, (Mutilator), propone a Luis Adrián Gálvez “Gato” en la Batería (Teratogeny), Luis Gálvez. Trajo más rapidez y una técnica diferente para el sonido más Grind core y Death Metal a la banda. El regreso más esperado se dio con Christian Hernandez (Guitarra), quien fuera en los inicios, integrante y fundador de todo este proyecto, y quien ya tenía material creado previamente en un proyecto alterno en desarrollo con Giovanni Duran, mismo que no vio la luz para integrarlo totalmente a Genocide.

Con esta alineación se consigue una de las últimas giras más largas que ha tenido la banda en su historia por casi 2 meses y medio, y se prepara el siguiente disco mientras se sigue alternando con las presentaciones en vivo, La banda comienza con una interminable lista de fechas, dentro de la República Mexicana, y dentro del D.F., siendo el siguiente disco ser un gusto más personal, y una inquietud de la banda, quienes deciden realizar un sonido más Death Metal y Grind Core. En el año 2006, se decide la salida de Alejandro Jaques por sus compromisos personales, y Posteriormente la Salida de Cesar Carrillo (guitarra-bajo), con el que solo se dieron un par de presentaciones, y se decide su salida por falta de compromiso, y es sustituido por: Sergio Torrijos, quien asume el papel de bajista de la banda.

El año 2008: Es el año en que Genocide es incluido en el disco: Supreme Brutal Legions 4 (Vrykoblast Rec. / Darzamadicus Rec.) Un 4-Way de la ciudad de Singapur con bandas de diferentes países: Alemania, Macedonia y España, Este mismo año, se graba un concierto, que se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Querétaro en vivo, además se incluyen en este mismo material, canciones grabadas en otras presentaciones, en diferentes Ciudades de la República Mexicana, y tracks grabados en vivo que la misma gente hace llegar al apartado de la banda. Se continúan las giras y presentaciones de las primeras producciones, además se incorpora un breve set live, de lo que sería la siguiente producción de la banda. Mientras se trabajaba en presentaciones, y en la identidad del nuevo disco que se estaba componiendo, en este mismo año 2008 El sello de la Ciudad de Guadalajara uno de los sellos más importantes de Punk y Crust nacional: Akracia Rec. Ficha a la banda para Editar el Disco: Ten Years Of Hate, que conmemora los primeros, 10 años de Genocide, con un disco, biografía - historia, que incluye un par de tracks inéditos de la banda, y es acompañado de tracks de los demás discos. Durante estos años, la banda realiza giras por el norte, y centro de la república Mexicana nuevamente, además de participar con presentaciones por todo el D.F.

(Disco) The Art Of Lust: En el año 2011 sale a la venta bajo 3 sellos discográficos, mismo que es lanzado a la venta en un tour por Sudamérica, denominado: The Brutal N´ Lustful Colombian Tour, La banda es invitada a realizar la presentación de este disco en el extranjero, y teniendo como destino Colombia, en donde la banda se presenta en ciudades como: Bogotá, Neiva, Tunja, Zipaquirá, y la ciudad de Armenia, como Headliners en todas las presentaciones, y en donde son acompañados por las más brutales y excelentes bandas de este país, coincidiendo en el Festival Rock al parque, en donde son invitados a una rueda de prensa al lado de las bandas: Destruction, Overkill y Dead Kennedys, el tour finaliza en la ciudad de Bogotá en una segunda fecha en esa ciudad con una excelente aceptación, en donde concretan fechas nuevas, y son invitados a ciudades como: Cartagena, Medellín, Santiago de Cali, Barranquilla y Villavicencio.

De esta misma forma, se presenta el disco al regreso en la Ciudad de México en el Tianguis Cultural del Chopo, y en distintas ciudades de la República Mexicana, teniendo como logro, que este disco tenga una nueva reedición, hecha en Centroamérica por (Gate of Horror Rec.). La cual es acompañada de un Bonustrack y portada alterna.

Durante estos años, mientras se presentan los discos anteriores dentro y fuera del país, se continua trabajando en el material y en la realización de la siguiente producción de la banda, con los temas que se estuvieron creando en estos años, misma que se terminan de grabar y que tarda casi año y medio en su mezcla y master, un disco que vería la luz a mediados del año 2013.

En el año 2011, Luis Gálvez, quien fuera baterista de la banda desde el 2005, tiene que abandonar su puesto debido a cuestiones personales y de residencia que le impiden seguir con el ritmo de fechas y presentaciones que Genocide manejaba en esos momentos de su carrera, y el cual le es imposible continuar concluyendo su ciclo en la banda. En este momento en la carrera de Genocide, deciden hacer la invitación al que fuera uno de los primeros bateristas de la banda: Antonio Islas (Ron Güero), quien después de una plática y exponiéndole el trabajo que hay por delante acepta una vez más, tomar el lugar que dejo un par de años atrás.

Un par de meses después, este mismo 2011, Giovanni Duran, por intereses personales, decide radicar en la ciudad de Bogotá Colombia, impidiéndole continuar con el trabajo desempeñado en la banda y también se da por concluido su ciclo en la banda, meses después en el mismo 2011 por cuestiones personales y de trabajo Sergio Torrijos deja su papel en el Bajo, por lo cual Christian Hernandez toma el papel temporal como guitarras, y voz de la banda, y en el papel de bajista en el estudio, dando paso a la siguiente producción discográfica que ya se había grabado tiempo atrás, y que estaba terminado en su totalidad por el resto de la banda.

A inicios del año 2012, se le hace la invitación a Edgar Cuevas “Lobo”, para asumir el papel en las vocales, y en este mismo año la banda es fichada por: Helvete Records, quien sería el encargado de sacar al mercado las siguientes 2 producciones de Genocide: The Vaults of Grief en el año 2014, y un disco Split con la reconocida banda mexicana Anarchus titulado: Skilled Deceivers, en el año 2017, y teniendo como siguiente destino, invitaciones para que la banda se presente por Centro y Sudamérica, en países como: El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, Perú, Panamá, Nicaragua, Colombia, Venezuela, Brasil, y Costa Rica, además de la invitación a un tour por diferentes ciudades de Europa, y uno más en ciudades del continente Asiático.

(Disco) The Vaults Of Grief: Es el año 2013, y mientras se continúan las presentaciones del siguiente álbum que estaría por salir a la venta vía Helvete Rec. Genocide es invitado a participar en el conocido festival originario de la Republica Checa: Obscene Extreme América, y también son incluidos en el disco de este festival al lado de bandas como: Ratos de Porao, Doom, Phobia, Malignancy, además de las excelentes bandas nacionales que los acompañan. Por lo que el sello Helvete Rec. decide lanzar hasta el año 2014 el disco: The Vaults of Grief. Dicha producción, encuentra su identidad en el Grind Core, el Death Metal, y lo experimental, dando como resultado, algo de lo más extremo que ha realizado la banda incluso superando sus propias expectativas, un álbum que probablemente encerraría todo el odio y rabia acumulados durante todo este tiempo, y que termina por definir el sonido y dirección que la banda había estado buscando. A finales de este año 2014, por cuestiones de tiempo y personales, Edgar Cuevas (voz), abandona su puesto en la banda, asumiendo Christian Hernandez nuevamente el papel temporal en las voces en directo.

Comienza el año 2015 y se comienza la preparación del siguiente álbum de la banda, deciden incorporar por primera vez un cover y este es de la banda Disfear a su set live, y retoman las presentaciones dentro y fuera del D.F., se decide no hacer ni extenderle la invitación a ningún vocalista originario de alguna otra banda, buscando alguien con un sello y estilo propio, alguien que aportara ese complemento que la banda buscaba en el puesto de la voz, a mediados de este año 2015, se le hace la invitación a un amigo y seguidor de la banda desde hacía mucho tiempo: Jonathan Ocampo, después de escuchar su trabajo y un par de ensayos, deciden presentarse con Jonathan en la voz en directo, en el regreso de una de las bandas más importantes de Punk nacional: Desobediencia Civil., con una asistencia que superó las expectativas del lugar y el desempeño de Jonathan en la voz, se le hace la invitación formal como miembro en Genocide.

(Disco Split) Skilled Deceivers: Es el año 2017, y después de continuar con tours y presentaciones en vivo de las producciones de la banda y de lograr consolidar una carrera sin interrumpir, deciden celebrarlo con un nuevo disco, retoman algunas pistas y un par de sorpresas a incluir en este disco, y las voces quedan a cargo de Jonathan Ocampo quien realiza un excelente trabajo en el estudio en este nuevo material, y para el cual deciden retomar un proyecto con la reconocida banda mexicana Anarchus que habían platicado previamente en su encuentro en el festival Obscene Extreme América., las bandas deciden realizar un disco Split, nuevamente el encargado de la producción es el Sello Helvete Records, y es lanzado en este año 2017, en una edición Digipack de lujo de edición limitada, y con el cual deciden conmemorar los primeros y no últimos.. 20 años de trayectoria de Genocide.

A la fecha, Genocide, sigue siendo una banda sólida pese a las adversidades que en una banda se viven con el correr de los años, apareciendo en varios discos Split y 4-Way a los que han sido invitados con bandas nacionales y extranjeros, los constantes cambios de alineación no obedecen a una inestabilidad propia en la banda, son en su mayoría, la compleja situación del desarrollo personal de cada individuo y sus temas personales, y el ritmo de trabajo, exigencia, y constancia que en Genocide se maneja, lo que a veces impide a nuestros compañeros continuar a nuestro lado. Una banda debe ayudarte a crecer y no a estancarte, en Genocide, nos caracterizamos por no buscar fama o fortuna, pero ello no nos va impedir ser siempre profesionales.
